Deskrail is operated by HIAA ELECTRICAL LIMITED, registered office 8 Bulloch Crescent, Scotland, FK6 5AJ, United Kingdom. Contact support@hiaaelectricc.shop.

We sell physical desk organization accessories — cable routing, device stands and risers, and desktop tidy items. All products install without drilling and without an electrician; they contain no wiring and no batteries. Product images are representative; minor variation in colour and finish may occur.

You must be at least 13 to use the site. Customers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian’s consent, and any installation must be carried out or supervised by an adult. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, in which case we refund any amount paid.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never receive your full card details. By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout, which appears on your statement as DESKRAIL.

Our products are organization accessories only. You agree to follow each product’s installation guidance, confirm your desk surface, test adhesive on a hidden area first, and never exceed the stated load rating. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, overloading, or unsuitable surfaces. We do not sell products that require hard-wiring, and we do not provide installation or electrical services.

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Desk Club and Desk Studio are recurring benefit memberships billed monthly or yearly in USD. They contain no credits or stored value. Benefits apply while the membership is active. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and any quarterly item already shipped is non-refundable.

All site content, product names and imagery are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Our products and branding are original and do not reference any third-party brand, character or trademark.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage arising from misuse or overloading of a product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
