Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide to the countries available at checkout. Prices and shipping are charged in US dollars (USD).

Standard worldwide shipping is free on every order. Any faster options, where offered, are priced and shown before payment. Desk Club and Desk Studio members receive free shipping on all orders as part of their membership.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email when your order ships.

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days within the UK, 5–12 business days for the US, EU and Canada, and 7–20 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates; carrier and customs handling can affect timing.

Where the carrier supports it, a tracking link is emailed once your order ships. If tracking has not updated after several days, contact support@hiaaelectricc.shop.

Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are separate from the price you pay us. We ship worldwide and do not restrict delivery to any single region.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us within 30 days with your order number and, if relevant, photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
